Stock USDM 2jz-gte are apparently:
200 / 204 .338" inch .346" 8.58 mm 8.79 From that it looks like my cams are a good bump in durration and a bit of an increase in lift (.350= 8.9mm) |

I believe the small core 272s are: 218/344 @ 0.050

hmm,
0.1524mm more lift and 7deg more duration on the exhaust side. Should be pretty comparable. What kind of benefit do small core 272's give you on the stock twins, fmic, 3" exhaust etc? Shifts the power peak 1500rpm higher and adds a bit more poop? |

From what I've read, there's quite a bit more midrange and top end power. It's a significant difference. When singled, that is...
