custom made 3" exhaust flanges

i have been planning getting these made for some time now, and i now have a prototype made, i have made a couple changes to make them work better and am currently looking at having a sheet of these made up. meaning i could have up to 100 pairs of these kicking around for myself and others. final cost per pair, don't know yet but probably will know by the end of tommorow, end of the week for sure though.

cliffs notes on specs:
3/8" flange thickness, so it won't warp from welding

gasketless!!! a 1/8 x 1/8 step (one male flange and one female flange) so it will align the inside diameters perfectly and should seal without gaskets. (use some rtv if you want for extra sealing). since there are no gaskets to blow out it makes it perfect for a project car, or track car where you remove the exhaust often for track use!

made for 10M bolts

same bolt hole spacing as stock toyota! and i believe some nissans use the same spacing as well! so may be easily adaptable to use on your existing exhaust.

What is the tolerance on the fit? would it still not be a bad idea to use some fibreglass seal packing or something similar?

people could use anything they want as an extra to ensure a 100% seal. i know people running flat flanges with nothing at all because they hate gaskets blowing out, they deal with the small leak all the time even though its annoying. for 2 bolt flanges i have yet to see anything IMO that is as good of an option as these. gaskets always blow out on 3" at the top or bottom.

i've had some issues with getting some cad files to get other stuff cut at the same time, and i'm not going to bite the bullet on getting a whole sheet of JUST these flanges cut at the moment.

i still want to get them made, just because i know that even without the male/female machining done i can still use these to bolt to many stock/replacement toyota/nissan exhausts

If you need help making cad files, let me know. I can export most interchange file types.

If you can think it up, I can draw it in cad.
