I have offered "savic"the fog lights for free.

Turkey has expressed interest in the car for a 100$. but he must wait till aug 14. I'm not sure I can hold off that long. I only left minimal insurance on the vehicle, until the end of july. So, in all reality it needs to be gone by then.

Turkey. I dont mean to be a nancy, but unless you have a flatbed. I really cant see you getting the car back to RedDeer. I will pm my you my phone number.

Supra devil if you want the car, it's yours. If you know Turkey, and can arrange parts for him, all the better.

All I was going to dowas pull was the battery.

Little more on our 'finest'. Talked to the constables and sargeant at least 12 times, and get nothing but the run around. No returned calls...jack. I phoned the Police proffesional standards office. They have informed me that they wiil shadow the case file from now on.

Sarg and the const. at the north side station say it will be taken care of in two weeks, 'honest'. Like I havent heard that one before.

If they dont take care of it in the two week period, the Prof. Standards Office will ask the superintendent of police, to pay the const and sarge a visit in their station, and will be asking them what the hold up is. Might be fun to be at the station that day.

So, I can keep the car here until the last week in July. The police have to the 23 to respond. After that, the car will have to move pretty quick, one way or the other.

Supra Devil. Thanks for the tip. I'm kind of leaning towards the no old car maint thing to. Must be getting old!

ok, well i have access to a car trailer so i can tow it to the shop and park it there long term. then i can pull the engine/tranny, etc. and anyone that wants them can come pick them up from there. turkey has already PMed me about the parts he was interested in if i do get the car, there should be no problems there.

Sounds like a plan to me.

Savic should be picking up the lights soon.

I wanted to keep the car until the 23. If the const and sagre cant get it done by then, the officers from the proffesional standards branch should be chewing on the minnions. So, the car as evidence, should be moot.

Turkey, I know you offered money, that's not what giving up this car was about. I just wanted to see the car go to some use. If you do feel some obligation, next time a worthy charity calls....toss in few bucks.

CAR IS GONE

Well, supra devil picked up the car, so it is now gone. Hope the parts can help somebody else.

The car was pretty dependeable for the length of time that I had it. Thought I'd post a couple of pics when it wasnt in such sad shape.

Thanks for the offer....but....I'm going in a different direction, of all things, a olds lss supercharged boat. Got a screaming deal on it.

I am still looking for a supra, but it will be a hard chore to find one that is in good enough shape, and for the right money.
