Gauge Pods, Accessory/USB power etc.
I've been looking at the bits and pieces that I have for the Supra, and have been wondering about things like gauge pods. I still have a shift boot cover, steering wheel cover, and some other bits and have been wondering what people do about aftermarket gauges.
I did up some of the CAD work for a couple of 52mm gauges in the ashtray location, and of course it's popular for APEXi stuff like the SAFC or AVC-R (Though those don't actually fit quite right, and something better should be done.) I also ended up pulling my cigarette lighter socket, and putting in a 2 socket + USB part kind of in the coin tray where the TEMS controller would have gone. I thought that I should do the CAD work to make a part to do that more permanently. Also the coin tray thing there should make a half decent cup holder. Anyway, I can do some of these things if there's interest in it. I figured that I'd offer here since there's a better chance that I won't have to ship it, and maybe be able to make some in-car measurements.
