Looking for a shop!!

hey everybody, im new to this forum but also really happy that theres an edmonton supramaniac club! anyway, i've just spend the past 6-7 months rebuilding my engine and basically the entire car by myself and theres a couple things left to be done but at least it runs! however, i barely have any of the tools i'll need to finish ironing out the last few problems so i was wondering if anyone has a shop they would reccomend to get work done on an MK3 by trustworthy mechanics. what i need done is two oil leaks fixed (at oil cooler and oil filter relocation plate on block), heater fixed and my turn signals fixed. thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

Welcome to the club. Im sorry to say i have not gone to any of the shops, so i wouldnt know. But from what i heard RCTS in calgary is very knoledgable. I believe you would want to speak to reg reimer i think his name was also the founder of sonic (supra owners network in canada)
i hope this helps, matt

Do you guys do custom tuning? Have a Paseo with a 1.3L turbo swap that needs tuning when I get around to rebuilding it.... Has an apexi neo atm, but I would feel better about having a tuned ecu instead

I have been looking into getting a synapse rising rate fpr.... I was told that this will help me lean out my air/fuel ratio, as the neo does not seem to be able to lean me out enough. This will not be till the end of summer though. Anyone in town rebuild Turbos? I have a CT9 that is starting to blow oil.

Alamo in Calgary rebuilds turbo's. I'm not sure of anywhere else in the province that does.

Can prolly order a new hybrid CT9A for the cost of shipping and rebuilding, or even a TDO4L. Thanks for the reply.
